Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • The item has not been altered, resized, or customized
  • You provide your order number and reason for return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards and promotional items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  3. Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions from our team
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  5. Get your refund once we receive and inspect the returned item

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • For bank transfers, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
