Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- The item has not been altered, resized, or customized
- You provide your order number and reason for return
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards and promotional items
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return
- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions from our team
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Get your refund once we receive and inspect the returned item
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- For bank transfers, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
